qmail smtp control

I have setup ESMTP, user is now require to login to access our SMTP server.

But how can limit my SMTP server for those From address or Return-to address that listed in my rcpthosts only?

As some of the users are using the SMTP server to sending out other providers email

Thanks.

Why is this a problem?

If you don't want them to do it, ask them not to. If they continue to do it, don't let them use your mail server.
