    Spam Attacks Help

    Hello,

We are using Godaddy Dedicated server having about more than
5000 email accounts. We are facing spam attacks due to which we moved to new mail server
Hostforweb using plesk12 so that we can control the spam attacks using plesk 12 but we are having
other problems on the new server, like forwarding is not working fine on the new server while this is was
ok on the old godaddy server. So we moved back to Goadaddy again but here again we have spam
attacks. Any body can help us in stopping these spam attacks?

    Best Regards..

Using RBLs is a quite effective method to combat most spam and drop it before it can reach your inboxes. Assuming you use Postfix, this article will help you: https://www.howtoforge.com/block_spa..._level_postfix

Personally I use the following RBLs by default:
    - bl.spamcop.net
    - zen.spamhaus.org
    - b.barracudacentral.org
    - bl.spamcannibal.org

This should drop most spam. Let me know how this work for you, so we can dig deeper in case RBLs aren't sufficient.
