Spam still getting through
I have a php email form on website that hides my email address from people. Looking at source code nobody can see my email address. However, somehow my email address has been getting spammed. I'm not using this email address for sending out mail, so I can't figure out how I am getting spammed. Anyone wish to comment on this?

some spammer got your email addres... That is the only way they could be spamming it.. Once your on a spam list, it will never stop.. You need to either filter the spam out, or change email address's..
Make certain you are not using a well known email address (ie, webmaster@domain, support@domain, sales@domain) Spammer routinely spam these... |

The way i get aournd it is I have 2 email address's. One for public use, which gets approx 250 spam emails a day, and then another I use for private.. Only my close friends and family use that one... I have also threatened them with bodily harm (joking) if they forward any emails with my private address

I did send an email out to some people with that address as from address. I'm guessing that some type of trojan got on one of my recipients machine and that is why I'm getting spam.

the thing about using one email address for friends and family is that they need to have a secure system. If they aren't running ant-virus programs and anti-trojan programs spammers could be getting your email address.

That is true.. but the only sure fire way to never get spam, is to never give out your address
