    I configured a server mail zimbra, but my emails sent is classified as spam in gmail and hotmail. Already configured SPF and DKIN. My domain is not in this backlist.

    Someone could help me?

    My best guess would be the reverse lookup on your originating IP address:
    PTR record for [187.111.255.193] - 187-111-255-193.cable.cabotelecom.com.br
    Not only is it formatted like a broadband address, but there is no forward lookup on that name:
    A Record for [187-111-255-193.cable.cabotelecom.com.br] - Response Code 3 (Name Error)

    Hi couttsj,

    Thanks for the tip. But the IP of the mail server is 187 111 255 198 where the PTR points to ak.publicadorurbano.com.br which is the name of my server.

    How do you find the 187 111 255 193 ?

    Thanks

    My apologies. I get so used to looking for the originating IP, when in this case I should have been looking at the originating server:
    Code:
    Received: from [187.111.255.193] (unknown [187.111.255.193])
       by ak.publicadorurbano.com.br (Postfix) with ESMTPSA id 4C7C01D81E69;
       Tue, 18 Jun 2013 22:32:58 -0300 (BRT)
    Received: from ak.publicadorurbano.com.br ([127.0.0.1])
       by localhost (ak.publicadorurbano.com.br [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10026) with ESMTP id WtST6zIDksR6;
       Tue, 18 Jun 2013 22:32:58 -0300 (BRT)
    Received: from localhost (localhost [127.0.0.1])

       by localhost (ak.publicadorurbano.com.br [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10032) with ESMTP id mdHqpDpoCN3k;
       Tue, 18 Jun 2013 22:32:58 -0300 (BRT)
    Received: from ak.publicadorurbano.com.br (ak.publicadorurbano.com.br. [187.111.255.198])
       by mx.google.com with ESMTP id 48si4344875yhi.267.2013.06.18.18.33.37 for <aluisio@sh4.com.br>;

    [187.111.255.198] responds correctly with ak.publicadorurbano.com.br, which in turn responds with the same IP address on the forward lookup. So in answer to your original question, I don't have any idea why it is being returned.

    But be aware that both gmail and hotmail have implemented DMARC. If you were to implement DMARC, you would receive reports back from both of them, and this would assist you tremendously in tracking down the problem. Since you have already implemented SPF and DKIM, you don't have very far to go.

    I put the DMARC but my e-mails are still being classified as spam.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Yes this might be possible that you are sending too many mails to a particular mail or server at time. Ask receivers to manually remove the spam label from mail or change the IP address.
