There are many different reasons that email gets identified as spam, and Blacklists are only one of them.
1. Check that the server HELO/EHLO is using the proper Domain Name.
2. Check that the server IP address has a proper PTR record, and that it corresponds to the A record.
These are used in addition to Blacklists to determine spam before DATA. After DATA, email receivers will use different techniques to analyze the content. Both Yahoo and Google use DMARC, so it is a good idea to use the same From: address in the header (envelope) as in the body of the message. This is known as Sender Alignment. Different From: addresses are generally not enough to cause message rejection, but they will add to the total spam score.

Do you have access to the MDaemon SMTP(out) log (located in the MDaemon/Logs directory)? If you can find the session in your logs, this will help provide clues as to why Yahoo & Gmail are rejecting your messages. Make sure your security settings are set to not allow relaying.
