I think Apple Iphone5 and Samsung Galaxy note is latest smart phone in market. These smart phone have more advance features.

Well, I'm using the iPhone 4S but had a look at my mates new Galaxy Note II. Pretty impressive I would say.

One thing is that it tends to crash quite frequently and lags a little. Something needs to be done.

Its all about your price range and the performance you want in your cellphone. There are many cellphone with low costs. You should also examine Htc e71... it is inexpensive and best in its category. . . . . . . . .

Since low price is your priority I will suggest you to go for Lumia 620, I agree that Windows store does not have huge number of apps like Android and iOS but you will feel satisfied with performance of the phone in what you have paid.

Samsung do not offer any feature, Android has. Sure you will have much more number of apps to choose from but if as a device performance is the concern then Lumia 620 is much better than any other Android phone in this price range...

I think Samsung Galaxy series is wonderful and these smartphones have awesome features so you can buy any of Galaxy series.

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII and it is a fantastic phone, and before that I had the SII with I also loved. With the new SIV coming out, the price on the SIII is really low - so you might want to consider that option.
