Cross-platform audio player?

Hello,

I am working on a small project which is about a website for local musicians. Users should be able to browse/preview songs, and download the MP3-files, if they like a song.

I tested jPlayer, as it seems to be cross-platform. But when I checked their demo, it didn't work on my Sony-Ericsson running Android.

Can someone help and give me an advice?
