Kannel with SMSCSimulator

I'm testing kannel with free smsc simulator of Logica Mobile, and I can't send any message to the gateway
The message recieved is:
2010-11-02 22:23:11 [3637] [6] ERROR: SMPP[test_00]: Mallformed destination_addr `(null)', may not be empty. Discarding MO message.
