SERVER - Looking for a sms manager!

Hi Guys,

My first post, not sure where this should go but this looked like to correct place.

Appologies if not,

I am looking for a bulk sms manger I can use to integrate with kannel.

I would like it to be customer facing where I could load credits for differnet users and allow them to send sms via this portal and also allow them to have sms address book and if possible an sms distribution list.

I have not been able to find anything avaiable either commercial or open source apart from KSMS which is vert badly documented and is mostly in Italian which I do not understand.

Could anybody point me in the right direction before I emabrk and having something developed for myself.
