Multiple choice survey through WML

Hi, I would like to know if it possiblie to create wml serveys? Like multiple choice questions presented through wap.

Yes it is possible, I have done this in the past. It consisted of several decks, finally sending the variables to a PHP script that then dumped them into a mysql database.
