i want my application to send an sms to some one from the database if the date is correct.
how can i do it ??
what is the code for send sms from application ?

sms gateways?
so can anyone recommend any global sms gateways that fulfill the following requirements

1 - work in most countries (france is most important in my case)
2 - work!
3 - preferably no signup!!
