hey guys i already do web sites so the basics i got.but i have a few questions.

i want to make myself a type of cydia app

need to know when you go to cydia home on your pc you see the store and all but the install is not there.it is on your phone top header bar..

how do you set that up?
and to i just upload the ipa file?

and is there anything special i should now?
