WTP Layer

i am ashish yadav i got one dought in developing WTP layer
i had writtern a code in java by which i am getting message from Nokia Toolkit as follows:
(note Data Displayed below is the the dump of datagram packet after it was moved into a integer array)

From the 1st data i can understand that it is Invoke PDU but i am unable to decode all other data please help me out.

next thing that i do is that i had send this data to WAP server then i got data from server as follows:

from 1st no. i can see that it is an Ack PDU but i am unable to decode all other data please help me out.
