FOR +1 YEAR I USED OC 4.4Ghz AND NONE PROBLEM
    .
    .
NOW SAME WITH NO "O.C." OR "O.C. IN DOWNGRADE" I HAVE THIS MSG ANTISURGE ERRO
    .
    .

    my UPS 110volts OK
my AVR (voltage regulator) 110v OK
my SOURCE ENERGY (in my HOUSE) 110v OK
    .
.Always look in new BIOS update in ASUS site official

    .
1 day occurred the error: ANTI-SURGE error show down or up voltage (I believe that later version 2103 BIOS update year 2014) but nothing change in my use. Then, I buy one UPS and later (some month) again occur the error and now more frequently....

I took the PSU to a computer technician and electrical engineering , and he tested the PSU and categorically said she had no problem of production order or power consumption. So it is not true to ASUS message anti -surge up because the motherboard can not afford to know the amount of energy that was entering the PSU but what was being consumed by componenetes the system ( motherboard , cards, memory , etc .. ..)

So what I did was as follows: (MY SOLUTION AND WORKING FOR WHILE)

I did downgrade the BIOS to version v0801 (year 2013 - Original Sabertooth Z87 dvd) through the USB stick

For long while, no longer was the message of ANTI_SURGE

The most interesting is that I was for more than one year using an overclocked 4.4GHZ and NEVER HAS such a mistake, and after a certain BIOS update is the first error occurred.
