Are thse motherboards compatible???
I need a cheap replacement.... I am sorry to say this is my first non apple harware replacement I will be doing.

well i would say that from what you say about your current setup that that motherboard would be compatible with all your current stuff
however i would seriously reconsider buying it, the biggest reason is that its and old computer, unless you have a serious problem with your current setup i would try to get a cheap new system, for $500 from newegg you can get a new computer that is literary 2-3 times as fast as what you have now, keep your current hard drive and case (trashing your current stuff) and you can probably bring that down to $400 for a very fast dual core computer, or even less if you have a good power supply (over 400W) the other thing is the board you linked to has a VIA chipset (thats why its cheap), and i would stay away from their stuff (its often buggy and has less features), get a nvidia, intel or ATI chipset if you can
