Asus K8N4-E Deluxe is this a good motherboard?

I am custom building my computer and i am trying to buy a motherboard. Is this a good motherboard? Can anyone give me some input about this board or other boards?

How about this motherboard. I am not looking for a sick motherboard. HOwever i want a really good one for a good price. I am not going to be doing much gaming. I just want a ncie board. Any tips?
