Bad Mobo? No Beep, No post, No display

Thanks in advance for the help. I am trying to confirm my suspicions here. Allow me to walk through this with you.

I am building a new system. I start it up for the first time and all of the case fans come on, the DVD player is powered, the Hard drive seems like its spinning, but no display, no beeps, nothing. I have the motherboard on the stands, it has plenty of clearance from the case. I check the case wiring, all good. I check if everything is seated correctly, all good. The PSU is a 600W, plenty of power, checked the voltages, all good. Got a speaker out of another case and plugged it in, still no beep. Removed the video card, nothing. unplugged the DVD player and the Harddrive, nothing. Took out the RAM, nothing. Put one stick back in, nothing. I believe my mobo was DOA. Could I get an expert's opinion?

AMD 9950 Phenom

EVGA GTX 260 896 MB Video Card

OCZ Reaper 4 GB RAM (2x2)
