Booting Problem
I've had this problem with this PC for awhile now. For some reason it boots up fine in some electrical sockets but others it doesnt. When it doesn't boot up, it gives no beeps and just a blank screen on the monitor.
At first I thought it was a power supply. Replaced it and that wasnt the problem. The motherboard isn't the problem either sicne I replaced that aswell. I have no idea what it could be. It boots in different locations fine but in some areas it won't boot at all. The hardware inside runs fine, the HD spins, CD-ROM is on and everything is working. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried using a line filter or something like that on the socket?
