I'm not sure I understand what the question is... you want to know how the washers go when screwing teh motherboard down to the mounting posts?

Look at the area around the hole on the board. If it is surrounded by a ring of silver or a ring of symmetrically placed dots of ssilver (solder) then it is a ground-point and no washers are necessary.

Otherwise, a washer needs be placed between the motherboard and the screw or post.

Does that answer your question?

LOL... sorry but it's a pretty funny question... brown washers... whatever I'm tired. K, well if you're talking about those little "posts" with threads at the bottom and a hole at the top for screws that you're supposed to put in your case you screw on your motherboard then what you have to do is simple. In your case it tells you were to place them (labels like ATX, ATX mini, etc). I'm sure your mother board is ATX if it's new so just place those where it is indicated. then align your motherboard over it and put it where its supposed to be, then screw the motherboard into the litttle brown posts. (Where the holes are pre-made of course...)
