Newegg.com is generally the best online retailer for prices on pc parts, quick shipping, etc....and they've got feedback ratings on all the stuff they sell, so you can see what others who've bought these items say about them. As far as what specifiic board to buy, that depends on what you want to do with the pc (gaming, video processing, business applications...etc.) I generally buy genuine Intel stuff for pc's I build for work with onboard video, sound, and lan...at home I've got an MSI 651M-V, with 2.4 celeron D...running XP Pro.....it runs very fast for me, but I'm not using it for gaming obviously....it has all the on board stuff too. I really like it and would buy MSI again....it came with software to automatically check for bios updates and runs a program that monitors the internals of the pc (cpu temp, case temp, voltages...etc.)
