Angry Computer does not boot even to bios

The monitor does not display when I turn the power on. I have used a different monitor. When I turn the power on, the light on the monitor stays amber. Everything spins up...the hard drive, the case fan, and the heatsink fan. There are no beeps at all. I've tried other monitors. I checked all of my IDE cables.

Have you checked to see if the memory is seated firmly in the slot?
