computer won't boot; cpu fan doesn't come on
ok...here's the problem:

I hit the power switch, and nothing happens. All of the peripherals are getting power. I get no POST beeps. The CPU fan isn't on...nothing happens. i tried replacing the tower face, hooking up the new wires for power and reset, to the motherboard - and no change. is this a motherboard, or CPU issue?

it's all good. i disconnected every peripheral...modems (cable and dial-up), et. al. power worked, so i re-connected one by one...and all seems fine now. any idea what may have caused this?????
