cpu runnin at half
I have a Biostar M7NCD mobo, and since I installed everything and got it running its only runnin at 1.1ghz and it's an AMD 3200+ if i push the fsb speed up past 100 the system become unstable and shuts down. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know, thanks!

Looks like a problem with the Multi, i would frist download the newest BIOS for your board, then if that doesn't solve the problem, i would check out your FSB and your Multi, and try changing them, try the lowest multi, and work up the FSB.
