DDR and SDRAM

the motherboard i am looking into says that it cannot use both DDR and SDRAM simultaneously and im not sure what that means. in my specifications, my ram type is DDR SDRAM. so what does this mean if i cant use DDR and SDRAM at the same time? ill post the specifications of the the new motherboard if that didnt make sense.

you can use either pc 133 sdram, or ddr 2100 ram, but not both at the same time, you can use one or the other. if you try it with both the computer wont boot.

Memory 2 x 168pins PC133 DIMM slots (up to 2GB)
2 x 184pins DDR2100 slots (up to 2GB)
*Can NOT use both SDRAM and DDR memory simultancously

that was copied and pasted from your attatchment file.
