What to do with a .ddr file from biostar
I have a biostar 8668-d v.5.0. I want to update the bios (it is U8668r22) to accept a 1G pc3200. Biostar sent an email, upon request, with a link to file u8668r41.ddr. Windows has no idea what to do with the .ddr file and neither do I.
It's somehow supposed to be a windows based bios update, but how do I get it to run?
Any help would be appreciated.

Why not ask Biostar directly, they should know exactly how you should use it.
