Dell inspiron 6400 bios prob
the prob is after flashing the bios of laptop it never turned on
is there any way to reprogramme the bios chip manually
???????????????

while it is possible, your not going to do it, if you can't fix it with a clear CMOS then the only other fix is to remove the BIOS itself and flash it externally or just replace it, so just contact the manufacturer and see if they can help, some will mail you a replacement chip, though i i bet Dell would just try to replace the laptop

yes thts true they r telling to replace the motherboard

is there any one who could flash the bios manually ......????????????
