Dell T5400 board into 490 chassis

I have a Dell Precision 490 and want to install a Dell T5400 motherboard as I have 2 quad core processors and a shed load of memory for

my 490. Do you know of any issues I may have with the case or memory?

Well, since both the 490 and the 5400 can have different cpus and different ram in them, what specifically do you have?
They do appear to be generally compatible, but no one would be able to say for sure without some detail...
