Did I fry my MOBO?

Hey, guys im kind of new to the forums, but i was really hoping that you could help me fix my computer problems. As of now when i turn on my computer all the fans start going, but my motherboard, (Asus A8N) does not making the beeping noise that im accustomed to hearing as it boots. The light on the motherboard is still on and glowing but I am not getting any sign of boot up. I tested my moniter and that does not seem to be the issue. As of now i was thinking it either to be my Motherboard (As stated above) or my graphics card (Geforce 7800 GT). Any questions you have for me that could help you understand my problem further would be awesome and any advice would also be fantastic.

Thanks in advance DD

Your first step is disconnect everything that isn't required. This means all drives, keyboard, mouse, etc.

Basically what you want is your motherboard, power supply, 1 stick of ram, the cpu and the monitor, and take everything else out. If you don't have onboard video then you can keep the video card in. Disconnect speakers and stuff too. Turn it on and see if anything appears on teh screen. If nothing appears and you have more than 1 stick of ram, take out the one that was in during testing and put in the other one. Try any additional if you still have nothing on the screen.

This should narrow down your search for the problem.

You can also reset your BIOS with the clear CMOS jumper (check your manual) and see if that helps also.
