Dual boot of win 98se wont work after new MB install

Old p3 motherboard died and put in new asus p4t533-c
No longer can boot into win 98 but can boot into xp.
Old system I had a scsi adapter with hard drive and a ultra 100 adapter for a second drive.
New MB has ultra 100 on board.
C (win 98se) and D(windows xp pro) are on scsi drive and programs etc are on ultra drive.
On trying to boot to win 98 I get emm386 not loaded press any key.
Then it says its loaded,proceeds to load sound blaster card,then places several c prompts on screen,then tries to set another program (an accounting program of my wifes)
two more c prompts appear at this point it justs sits there!
Have updated to latest bios.
Any help would be appreciated!
