Firstly, double check that all components are seated correctly and that you have connected all cables and connectors.
With the green light on the motherboard, your system is getting power. What happens when you press the power switch on the front of the case ? Does the machine attempt to power on ? Do any fans spin ?

Here are the connection i have.
First the cable coming out from the power supply goes to mother borad. My motherboard had 24 pin for power. and connected a power cable and the back of the hard disk. I have also connected a cable from hard disk to the motherboard. And one more power supply cable goes to the CD-RW. I also have a heat sink fan which is also conneced to the motherborad. Thats all i have connected. |

well then you forgot the power switch and all the lights, you might need a 4-pin and/or 6-pin power connector too, well all those wires that come from the front of the case and are inside there need to be connected, refer to your motherboard manual on how to connect it, it sounds like its your first time doing this so do not just start sticking wires everywhere, your motherboard should come with a setup manual, read every single step and follow it as it sounds to me like your just looking for wires and seeing where they fit

Thanks.
I have connect the 4 pin power supply. You are correct, these is my first time building a pc. The front panel have few cable and has a big fat usb and fire wire + couple of wire. some of the wires have a 4 pin at the end and i don't know where it should go. I mean on my motherborad it has 2 pin for that type of connections. ANd i thought i woun't need usb right now. so why not skip it. |

the ones with the big connectors are not needed, they are USB/Firewire, but its the tiny ones, they look like these wires should connect to these pins so that at the end it looks like this, the exact location of the pins and where each case wire goes in in your motherboard manual |

the power button will work....and hopefully after you press the power button on the front the speaker will beep on boot and the lights will flash a bit and it will boot and look for an OS at which point you can install one

For the front speaker wire it has 4 pin and on the motherbord they have given 2 pin. so i am kind loss out here. and because of that reason i never fixed all the cable. but i will give a shot. Thanks you again.

that speaker cable has been standardized to have a really big connector, but its suppose to only connect 2 wires |
