Havin some M7NCD problems
I bought a new mobo and case, went through, installed all the hardware, and when i start it up it runs for a few seconds and shuts down. i checked, rechecked and checked again all the jumpers and they all seem to be in the right place. Even shuts down if im in bios. But here's what im runnin

My first guess would be to check that the CPU temperature isn't too hot. It will shut down to protect itself if the temp is too high. Make sure your CPU fan is spinning and your heatsink is making good contact with the CPU. Sometimes it can get a little cocked. And you did use some thermal grease, right?

Found the problem, had to set the fsb speed back to 100 and i runs fine, but now theres another problem, says im only runnin at 1.1ghz when im running a 3200+ if i push it up to 133 i can raise it to 1.5ghz but it eventually shuts down, any help with this one?

You need to monitor your CPU temps and see what's going on with them. M7NCD should come with that Warp application that will let you monitor the temps.
