Angry Help!!!!!!!

I have P5GD1-VM Asus mother board 775, 3.4 ht processor.
The computer will randomy shut down with no warning. I have changed motherboards processors and ram. i have also tryed 3 differnet cpu coolers i now have the freezer on it. The average temp is 49 C i am not sure why it is shutting down! Any one eles have more suggestion or same problem and fixed it please help!!!

Try a different PSU, something similar happened to me once, got a new psu and it work afterwards.

If that does nothing then i guess that something has died, and you should start replacing things one at a time until it works.

Does it just shut down without a warning or does a message pop up saying windows will shut down in 60sec? Also if you have and monitoring software installed on your computer either disable it or remove it. If windows give you the message you can go to command prompt and type shutdown -a to abort the shutdown.
