HELP! my PC has been frozen

When I boot my PC it frozen at second screen when "Verifying DMI Data Pool"

I reinstalled my Win XP and start the new installed win it worked 2-3 times ( I mean 2-3 restarts ) and it frozen again.

I saw in BIOS there was strange sign:

"Warning Configure DRAM Timing wrong DRAM Timing may make system can't boot Clear CMOS to overcome wrong timing issue"
But I don't know how to Clear my CMOS?

Also in google I found 6 different reasons for that freezing Verifying DMI Data Pool.

1. Corrupt boot files on the computer.
2. Settings for hard disk drive are not correct.
3. Boot devices not set properly.
4. BIOS corrupt or misc. setting not set properly.
5. Connections loose or disconnected.
6. Bad Hard disk drive or other bad hardware

in 1. I reinstall my windows - It happened again.
2. Checked
3. Checked
4. Don't know becuase I've worked with the same settings since 1 year and I didn't have problems
5. Checked
6. Checked

Please if someone has any ideas?

Thanks

In order to clear CMOS, dicern your jumpers or simply take out CMOS battery for a while.

If you can boot from floppy, use this utility cmosclear.exe here:

But I suspect that your memory is weird. Run Memtest from floppy boot.

It's trouble. I've had it before. My cure was a new harddrive. Do you have another HD you can load up with windows and see if it works?
