HELPPP compaq mobo stuckkkk

could someone pleaseee tell me how to remove this motherboard. it's an intel 845 motherboard from a presario 5725ap. i just bought a new casing and wanted to move everything over. took everything out just to find out that i can't remove the mobo!! took all the screws from the mobo out but it somehow is still stuck there...like as if with double sided tape or some kind of glue around under the processor area. if anyone has any knowledge of how i can remove the mobo please let me know asappppp. also does anyone know how to remove the processor from this mobo?? the heatsink is clipped on quite weirdly. don't wanna force it in case anything breaks. please help...thanks alot
