I have made a dos boot disk on floppy disk (98) and I have to remove these files:AUTOEXE.BAT. and CONFIG.SYS. I cant find these files when I read the contents in MY COMPUTER.When I boot from dos with this floppy and check for them A:\>DIR the files show up .Do I have to delete these files from DOS?If so what are the dos commands to do this.My motherboard maker says I have to make a 98 boot disk and copy my bios file to that, but says I have to delete AUTOEXE.BAT and CONFIG.SYS.
