Question installed a new CPU but FSB is to little.. need help!

i upgraded my CPU from a 1.1ghz Athlon to a 1700+ Athlon. i installed it properly, but under control panel-performance and matinence it says i still have a amd 1.1ghz... i asked some about this and he said "you need to go in the bios and change the FSB to 133 (curretly set to default which is 100)." however this person did not know what motherboard i had

i have an OEM version of the FIC AZ31. i think its called UWAVE-R.

can my motherboards FSB go to 133 or do i need to overclock it??? CAN i overclock it??

sorry, but i am a complete noob at computer hardware.

133 times 11 = 1467 must be standard. It's not over-clock.

Read manual and set FSB in Bios or Jumper.

Please don't cross post your question in multiple forums. Thread closed. (Megumi is right about what to do, as are constant_fie and I in your other thread)
