Hi All,
I have been given a pc with the above MOBO, however none of the internal wires have been connected. Ihave manged to connect the majority from the manual, but am struggling with the front panel wires. These are the audio wires in particular, as the manual named wires and the supplied front panel wires are not named the same. I was wondering whether anyone can shed any light, as i am getting an audio error when trying to play audio files. The wires in the manual are listed as: L-IN-L L-IN-R GND x 3 MIC MICP L-OUT-L L-OUT-R The internal wires of the case are: Spkout L Spkout R Return L Return R Mic Mic Bias GND x 2 I know this is probably a complete newbie question but i would really like to get this comp back together. I may be completely heading in the wrong direction with this, as the connection points on the MOBO are towards the back of the case near the audio ports on the back of the case, so the wires stretch the length of the case, is this normal? Thanks in advance for you help. Donna |
