Motherboard purchase advice
Dear reader, I'm not so up to date with the latest developments around motherboards, so i need some advice. My current MB is a Abit KT7-raid and I have it since 2000. It has ran for almost 6 years and i guess a down time for 3 weeks (over the six years for maintenance). Now i guess it's time to retire this MB and buy a new one that lasts at least this long. These are my conditions for my new MB:
1. processor AMD64 2. onboard video 3. onboard audio 4. onboard gigabit network controller 5. USB ports (at least 2) 6. SATA 7. PCI express ( at least 1), no need for a AGP 8. PCI slot (at least 1) 9. at least 3 banks of memory This system is going to replace my current Linux server, so every onboard device should be recognized by linux. If I've forgotten any points, feel free to add it. Please give me any advice, so i can purchase a MB, that can run for another 6 years.

I've got a MSI k8 neo4 platinum that's got all of that except the onboard video. But a cheap video card wouldn't set you back that far.
