what is the difference between that one and the KV7? the KV7 is the one i was looking at too?

oh they're completely different chip sets, just got that now no wonder the ones i spec'd out were so cheap at a non-newegg site, they were VIA chips in which case, i'm gonna update my mobo specs.

The nForce2 outperforms at least kt400 via chipsets, as well as ocing better. Its really the best for the athlon xp. If you get the kt600 or kt800, they will do fine performance wise, not sure about OC potential. I'd stick with the nForce unless there was a big price difference.

Motherboard with PCI-E slots

Hi folks,

Is there information about when motherboards with PCIE slot, replacing AGP simultaneously, DDRII and socket T (LGA755) will be marketed. So far the information I have is Intel i915 chips alrady available.

TIA

B.R.
