Motherboard question?
is there any motherboard that can support dual xeon which also has 2 PCI Express (x16) ?

TYAN makes quite a few with 2 16x PCI slots, but they only run at 8x (thats the same as most SLI boards)
if you want full 16x signal in both slots then i think you may need to look a little harder, this board from TYAN supports 2 16x PCI-E with the full 16x signal, but its an Opteron board, if you really want a Xeon system then i suggest you checkout Intel, iWill and SuperMicro as they all make a lot of dual Xeon boards
