MSI KT400 // boot issue

Hello,
Recently the computer closed suddenly and i couldn't get it to boot again. No video signal , no beeps , no HDD activity , nothing... I popped the hood i and i found some capacitors on the motherboard that were "swollen" , there was some kind of yellow - brown liquid over a small part of the mother board. The capacitor were replaced , the MB was cleaned and now i got to this situation :

1. in the back i have a D-Bracket ; only the top-left LED is RED , the rest are green
2. at booting i get 2 beep , pause , then 1 beep shortly after
3. it doesn't detect any devices connected to the IDE port ( HDD , DVDRW , CDROM ), nothing , not even if there is only one of them conected.
4. it correctly detects the CPU , RAM , Graphic-card , the bios version with recent settings

ideas anyone ?!

unless you can test every component on the PCB you have no way of knowing what else may not be functioning...replacing a toasted capacitor is just treating (obvious) symptoms

I'd consider replacing the mobo...
