My computer won't boot up (no beeps, blank screen)

My this custom made computer won't even boot up after I tried to swap hard disks.
There is no beep sound, nothing on the screen, and there is no light on the keyboard and mouse (I'm sure they're plugged in; I checked many times).
I tried removing every single components except the motherboard and replaced them one by one but still it wouldn't work. Can anyone pls tell me whats wrong with my computer?

please visit service center and get repaired and fixed by professionals as electronic gadgets are very costly, kindly do not fix if you have no idea of what you are doing with you item.
