Unhappy Need the set up for lancard rtl8201cl

hii
can any one help me with the set up to install my network card ,it is from realtek and the model number is rtl8201cl .or else my mother board serial number is 939gt3.I'm using the operating system windows XP.

What is the problem exactly? That motherboard should have built in networking, try re-installing the chipset drivers if you are having problems with that.
If you bought a separate network card, it also should have included the needed drivers. Do you have them?

actualy my motehrboard was replaced from a servicing center ,and they didn't gave any proper cd for installing the motherboard,i got the matching softwares for display and sound , but i'm not able to find a suitable software for instaling LAN ,i'm having onboard lancard now.I tried many downloaded stuffs , nothing was useful ,now i'm planing to get a seperate LAN card
