New board install problems
I just installed a K8M800-M2 motherboard with a sempron 3000.I have tried 2 1gig DDR 333 and 2 512Mb 266.I have check to make sure the board is not shorting out.I have checked my front panel wires.Changed my power cord and IDE cables.when i start up my led light and fan will run but no post and nothing on monitor which i tried on another cpu.If I take my IDE cables off and leave the power cables on my hardrive and rom will run.Tried putting IDE cables back on 1 at a time and hardrive and rom do not run.
any suggestions

Try clearing the CMOS and checking all components are seated correctly.
