new motherboard problem
 Help I have just installed a new gigabyte GA-81PE1000 +P4 3.0GH + 512 mb = new power supply, booted up OK ,set bios ok. Everything was detected and seemed to be working fine. Started to install Windows xp , got half way through install and system closed down. There is power to the MB but will not start, when 12 V ATX connector is unplugged CPU fan and on board chip fan start up.But when it is connected nothing happens.Any help would be appreciated.
