No Video Output on replacement MOBO
Hi,
I had a MSI MS-7091 P4 mbd Skt LGA 775 Ver 10, it stopped working completely... No fans nothing... I managed to get another exact mobo replacement....from a working pc... had just been plundered for HDD / memory.. I have put it together, cpu fan working, video fan on, psu fan on, hdd on, can eject cdrom .... but cannot get any video at all. Just amber light on monitor when connected. I have replaced with known working memory, replaced with known working processor, and replaceed with known working video card ... Still EXACTLY the same . no video.Replaced the 350W PSU still no good... Thought it would be a simple swap out but its turned into a nighrmare... have also reset the cmos via a jumper... any suggestions gratefully received... Thanks Mark |

You will probably find that the replacement mobo is also poked.....seeing as it was plundered for the HDD etc.
