Please some one HELP !!

I am new to you Forum , however I have been doing this for over 20 years and guess what I am somped

My customer brought to me a fairly new PC made by " Comp USA" what a liars it is made by a company I have not done busines with called AOpen
My problem is that I have don what needed to be done however the several drivers ( onboard) that I cnnot find....
but I cannot find markings on mother board to identify it
Have anyone know how can i get this info ..
