I will buy the PSP800-E Deluxe

I am going to buy this Mobo as well over Abit. The only thing I am concerned is that there are 5 PCI - usually they come in 6

It should be a very good mobo for 3.0Ghz P4 proc. I have checked Gigabyts and Abit and as it is the present day, Asus have a little better reputation 9but it can change of course)!
The mobos from Abit and Gihga are also good!

Thumbs down asus slow board

I just got p4p 800 deluxe and im not impressed with it,been having big probs with the bios, also asus is reluctant to answer any of my concerns.I received no support from them at all. This board also has so many connections that you will never use.The bundle you get in retail box is very poor,They also dont give enough info in their manual and dont even tell you exactly what model CPU will run properly.I will look for another board,($210 aussie dollars wasted on p4p800) maybe intel board as they seem to be the only ones who know what their boards do and they provide backup.Take your time to buy a board and ask your mates what is good, also internet sites like this one will tell you what boards are duds.

Thanks for sharing, but it is the cust support of Asus that bothers you or the board itself has something bad in its performance / speed etc.

Any other comments / personal hands on experience on this MoBo are welcomed.

PS: Many reviews rate it (P4P800 deluxe) very well!
