S939 mobo replacement

I currently have an asus a8v-e dx motherboard, the original, not the revision. I believe my "System failed CPU clock" error that happens some of the time, but not all of the time is caused by this mobo. I am looking to replace it but not sure on what to buy. If possible I'd like to get another s939 motherboard so I don't need a new CPU or new RAM. Any input is appreciated.
