Question Should I get KT600 or nForce2?

I currently have an MSI KT3 Ultra with the VIA KT333 chipset (AMD Athlon XP 2400+ and 768 MB 266 MHz DDR RAM) and was wondering if upgrading to a motherboard with either the VIA KT600 or nVidia nForce2 Ultra 400 chipset would provide me with a noticable performance increase?

I also have a FIC A95P (Radeon 9500 Pro), a WD 30GB 7200rpm hdd (2MB cache), Lite-On LTD-163 (soon to be LTD-166), a Lite-On LTR-48125W, and a Best Data 56FW-92. I'll also be getting a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS and am running XP Pro.

I don't plan on getting a new processor or memory, and any other parts I get will be because the old ones break.

Thanks.
